BOGUE MILK SOAP TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using http://boguemilksoap.com (“the Site”) operated by Bogue Milk Soap (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at http://boguemilksoap.com. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Shipping

We ship via UPS, UPS Express, Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail normally takes 1 to 3 days in transit, but it is not guaranteed.
UPS transit is zone and method based. You receive an estimated delivery date and a tracking link with check out. Orders placed before 11 PST for 2-Day Air will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 will ship the following business day. UPS doesn’t deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Fed Ex ground Orders placed before 11 PST for 2-Day Air will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11 will ship the following business day.

Damaged or missing orders

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us right away.  Please take photos of your package for presenting to carrier. If our packaging is the cause of damage a replacement will be sent immediately to the original shipping address.

BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS! If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

International shipping

We are happy to ship packages overseas with prior payment of overseas costs and appropriate transit time.

Transit time

If you need an order quickly, call us before noon at 1.805.223.0507 and we will take your order and figure out the fastest shipping options.

Order changes & cancellations

Changes to an order will be determined on a case by case basis, depending if the order has been shipped. If your order has already been sent to the warehouse for pulling and packing or is packed for shipment we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. Orders that are canceled after packing for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please email your changes as soon as possible to orders@boguemilksoap.com. During regular business hours (M-F 9am-4pm) you may call us at 1.805.223.0507.  If you get an answering machine, please leave a message with your order number and full information about your change. Be sure to leave your phone number and we will return your call same day.

Placing orders

You can place your order on our website, using the shopping cart. If you’re having problems with the cart, you are welcome to phone in your order to 805.223.0507.

Minimum orders

We do not have a minimum order amount and you are welcome to order as little, or as much, as you want.

Sales tax

If you live in California we are obligated to charge sales tax. If your business address is California and you are purchasing for resale we will need your resale number on file.

Returns

Returns are accepted on most unused items in saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Most returns will receive a product credit and not a cash return.  Shipping, duties and taxes are at customer’s expense.  Please contact us prior to return to receive your return receipt code.  Returns should be addressed to

Out of stock items

While we strive to keep all of our items in stock at all times, we sometimes may run out of items. We will put these out-of-stock items on the web site as soon as possible. However, if you place an order and an item is out of stock we will refund for item and process your order. You will be notified by email and/or packing slip regarding the out of stock item. If you would like a replacement item instead of a refund, please let us know in your order notes.  If you prefer held for an out of stock item please place notify us in your order and we will contact you with expected availability.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal as well as money orders.  Orders paid with personal checks will not be shipped until checks have cleared.

Credit cards

If your card is declined, Bogue Milk Soap will send an email for correction. Often it is due to an incorrect address or security code and is a simple correction.

PayPal

Paying by E-Check through PayPal takes additional days to clear than standard PayPal payments. We will hold your order until the payment has cleared.
